A. Grilled Filet Mignon with peppercorn demi
B. Pecan Crusted Grouper
C. Scaloppini of Chicken—chicken cutlets layered with sauteed spinach in lemon caper sauce
Dinners are served with:

  • ChopHouse shrimp cocktail with lemons and horseradish cocktail sauce
  • Chopped wedge salad with applewood smoked bacon, tomato, cucumber, bleu cheese, with choice of buttermilk ranch or white balsamic vinaigrette dressings
  • Vegetable medley with brown sugar thyme butter
  • Yukon gold black truffle au gratin potato
  • Vanilla bean cheesecake with four berry sauce
